Hello I have never received the item. I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes from 2 different sellers a couple months ago and i got messages saying the items were delivered but i never received it at the given address and i contacted the sellers and they gave me phone numbers of the courier which is ptt, i went to the offices and they said they dont have any packages with those kind of tracking numbers Could you please solve this problem as it has been very long time and although all the messages and mails say they are delivered I have not received them and the offices say they don't have them either Waiting for your response Thank you |
